Refund and Returns Policy

 

Overview

– Consultation is paid in two instalments. The first payment is for confirmation and reserving a dare. The second is due before the final meeting.
– All documents must be submitted 28 hours before the first meeting. If no documents were received, the appointment will automatically be cancelled.
– Clients can reschedule by informing the office 24 hours prior to Consultation Day.
– If clients want to cancel the consultation before starting, an amount of 25% will be deducted from the total payment.
If the client cancels after the first meeting, the payment will be non refundable.
– clients will receive (Minutes of Meeting) after every session to confirm and sign so the team can proceed with the next step.
– Clients will receive the final documentation after the final meeting within 5 working days.Need help?
